Kings cross

Situated in a Grade II* listed former stable block of the Western Transit Shed, Dishoom Kings Cross transports diners to 1930s Bombay while celebrating the building’s Victorian industrial heritage. The narrative is set in 1928, where a young Irani started the first café selling chai and baked goods from a makeshift stall behind Victoria Terminus. Our design balances attention to authentic detail, accents of the Irani café experience, and a flow that unifies the space.
