Case Study

Oxford

Dirty Bones’ largest restaurant outside London is a mix of old and new, located on the roof garden of Oxford’s new Westgate shopping centre. The 1970s Brooklyn retro design is combined with modern features to create an original and classic setting. The restaurant and bar areas are separated, with a central bar and glazed glass screen dividing the long rectangular space. The restaurant’s intimate pockets are kept separate from the bar lounge to create private areas for dining and drinking. Deep rich tones of mustard, teal, and grey create warmth in the leather and velvet upholstery, complemented by glass tube lights with exposed filament bulbs.
